HOW to USE

  • ① Creating an Account

    Go to our website and select "Register". If you agree to the terms of use, click "Accept". Enter your personal information and credit card number.

  • ② Select a Plan

    1-time-use: Ideal for quick trips
    1-day-use: Ideal for tourists/long riders
    Monthly User: Ideal for businesses/commuting

  • ③ Membership card

    Please select "No Register". Only frequent users are needed to register for a card.

    • UNLOCK

  • ① Access My Page

    Select a bike you would like to rent on My Page. You will receive an email containing a “Passcode”.

  • ② Enter “Passcode”

    Press 【START】 on the bike's control panel. Enter your “Passcode”.

  • ③ Open the key

    The lock will automatically be released.

    • RETURN

  • ① Lock the bike manually

    Park the bike at a station's rack. Some stations do not have racks. Lock the bike manually.

  • ② Press 【ENTER】

    Press 【ENTER】 on the bike's control panel to complete the return.

  • ③ Receive an email

    You will receive an email confirming the return.

    • Temporary Parking

  • ① To Lock

    Lock the bike manually. Make sure to park the bike at an appropriate spot. You may incur a penalty for parking illegally.

  • ② To release

    Press 【Start】 and enter your “Passcode”.

    • Registration

  • ① Fill the registration form

    Please fill in the registration form at one of the following stations. Please make sure to bring your passport.

    Mon-Fri AM 11:00-PM 6:00
    Sat. PM 1:00-PM 6:00

    B-02.America-mura
    AM 11:00-PM 7:00 ※Closed on rainy days

  • ② Pay fees (¥2,000 or ¥3,500)

    If you use for 1 day, you need to pay ¥1,500 and ¥500 as a deposit.

    If you use for 2 days , you need to pay ¥3,000 and ¥500 as a deposit.

  • ③ Receive IC Card

    Please be careful not to lose IC Card. The deposit will not be refunded if you lose it.

    • UNLOCK

  • ① Press 【START】 button

    Press 【START】 button on the bike‘s panel you want to borrow.

  • ② Tap the IC Card

    Tap your IC card over the Felica Card reader. The electronic lock will be opened automatically.

    • Temporary Parking

  • ① Lock manually

    Park the bike and lock it manually.

  • ② Release

    Press 【START】 button and
    tap the IC Card over the reader to resume the usage.

    • RETURN

  • ① Return to the station

    Return the bike to the station and lock it manually.

  • ② Unlock procedure

    On the bike’s control panel, press 【ENTER】 to complete return.

  • ③ Return the IC Card

    Return the IC Card at one of the following stations during business hour and receive a deposit(¥500).

    But if you do not come back to the following station, you can't get a deposit back.

  • ② Pay fees (1,000 yen)

    Please pay the fee of 1,000 yen per bike.

  • ③ Check the bike

    Please check if the bike is working properly before you go.

    • Return

  • ① Return to the station

    Please return the bike to the one of the following stations during its business hours.

  • ② Receive/pay excess amount

    If you use the bike for less than four hours, you can receive the money back (200 yen to 800 yen).
    If you return the bike on the following days, you must pay an extra fee of 2,000 yen/day.
