Q.What is the business hour of HUBchari?

You can use more than 150 stations. Please check our station map for more details.
All stations are open 24/7 except for the following stations:

You can buy 1 Day Pass at the following HUBchari stations:

(Everyday: AM 11:00 - PM 7:00 ※Closed on Rainy Days)
After the purchase, you can use the same stations as HUBchari member (Please check Station Map.)
*Deposit will be only refunded at above mentioned 2 stations if the pass is returned within 1 month.

Q.Do you have any age limit or height limit for riding bikes?

A.There is no age limitation.
Our bike seats are adjustable. However, you must be taller than 145cm to ride comfortably.

Q.Do you have bikes for children?

A.Child bikes are not available at this moment.

Q.Do you offer bike helmets/child seats?

A.Bike helmets and child seats are not available at this moment.

Q.How many bikes are available at each station?

A.<HUBchari Members>
You can check the number of available bikes at each station from My Page after the registration.

<Cash Members>
Normally, we allocate at least 2 bikes per station.
However, there is a possibility that no bike is available on weekends and holidays.
It is possible to reserve a bike in advance at A-01. HUBchari Secretariat station. Please make a reservation before 12pm of the previous day.

Q.Can I rent an electric bike by cash?

A.You can purchase 1 Day Pass with cash at A-01. HUBchari Secretariat or B-02. America-mura stations.

Q. What should I do if I lose my key?

A.<1 Day Pass Holders>
Key deposits will not be refunded in the case of lost/stolen keys. If you lose a key while temporarily parking a bike, please call 0120-116-819 immediately (press "2" twice after the voice guidance).

<Cash Members>
You must pay ¥3,000 for the replacement of a key.

Q.What should I do if the bike gets a flat tire or is damaged?

Q.What should I do if the bike is stolen?

A.<HUBchari Members / 1 Day Pass Holders>

You may be responsible for any cost incurred on the stolen bike.

<Cash Members>
Please call 070-5436-2892 for immediate assistance. You may be responsible for any cost incurred on the stolen bike.

Q.What should I do if my bike is removed by the city?

A.Please call 070-5436-2892 for immediate assistance.
You may be responsible for the fee to retrieve a bike from the city government ¥10,000(in Osaka city / tax excluded).

Q.Can I rent a bike for a full day or longer hours?

A.<HUBchari Members>
We ask you to return the bike within one day, otherwise the battery may run out completely.

<1 Day Pass Holders>
Please return the bike by 23:59. If you would like to get your deposit back, come to the specified HUBchari stations during their business hours.
If you would like to rent a bike for 2 days, please purchase 2 Days Pass.

<Cash Members>
Contact us if you want to use the bike for multiple days (up to 7 days).

Q.What should I do if I get into an accident?

A.<HUBchari Members / 1 Day Pass Holders>
1) Call 110 (police) to report the accident. If anyone appears to be injured, call 911 immediately.
2 )Call HUBchari office on 0120-116-819 (press "2" twice after the voice guidance).

Q.How do I rent HUBchari bike?

A.To rent a bike, please register on our website and enter Passcode on bike's control panel.
HUBchari bikes are available at HUBchari stations.

Q.How do I return the bike?

A.To end your trip, park your bike at any HUBchari station and lock it. Press 【ENTER】 on the control panel to complete the return.
You will receive a confirmation email.

Q.What should I do if I return the bike but forget to lock it?

A.If you have forgot to lock the bike and cannot return to the HUBchari station to lock it, please contact HUBchari Office
(070-5436-2892) immediately.

Q.I need to return my bike, but the station is full.

A. If the racks at the station is already full, please park the bike between bike racks or in front of the sign board.

Q.I return the bike but I cannot complete the return process (【ERROR】 appears on bike's panel).

A.Please wait for 5 seconds and try again. If it's still not working, follow the procedure below:
1) Make sure that the bike is parked properly (the bike has to be parked inside the designated spot).
2) Make sure to lock the rear wheel lock.
If you are still having a problem, call 0120-116-819 (press "2" twice after the voice guidance).

Q.I enter the incorrect password 3 times and it says "A001" on bike's control panel.

A.Please wait for a few minutes and try again.

Q.What should I do if the battery runs out?

A.If the battery runs out completely, you will not be able to open/return the bike. If it happens, contact HUBchari Office
(070-5436-2892) immediately. If the bike is not returned to HUBchari station, you may be charged an additional collection fee (¥10,000 within Osaka city, tax excluded).

Q.Can I rent a bike for multiple days?

A.All users are asked to return the bike within a day as the battery may run out completely.
If you wish to use the bike for multiple days, inform your hotel/accommodation that you would like to use their parking space.
If we are asked to collect the bike by a hotel/accommodation, we will collect the bike accordingly but you may incur the collection fee of ¥10,000 (within Osaka city, tax excluded).

Q.What if the bike I am currently using has a problem?

A.If you notice the problem and return the bike immediately after you unlock it, you can rent other bike without any extra charges.
If you are using 1 Day Pass, you can simply return the current bike and rent other bike. As a 1 Day Pass holder, you can rent and return a bike for unlimited times.
If none of the above applies to you, please call HUBchari Office at 0120-116-819.

Q.What does the error code on bike's control panel mean?
(E001、E002、E003、A002、A005、A006、A007)

A. If you see these error codes on the control panel, the bike is currently out of service.
If you see these error codes during your ride, please contact HUBchari Office (0120-116-819) for assistance
(press "2" twice after the voice guidance).

Q.Can I reserve a bike in advance?

A.It is possible to reserve a bike from 20 minutes prior to the actual usage. Please go to My Page to make a reservation.
If you don't use a bike within 20 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Q.Can I cancel my reservation?

A.If you don't use a bike within 20 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Q.Can I change my payment plan?

A.If you are a HUBchari Member, it is possible to change your plan via My Page.
However, the change will only apply from next day. Alternatively, you can make a new account with a new plan (not while in use).

Q.Can I rent multiple bikes?

A.You can only rent one bike at a time with your account. All users must have their own account in order to rent a bike.
However, you can use the same credit card on multiple accounts.

Q.How long does the battery last?

A.You can run about 7.5km if the battery is fully charged. Please be careful not to drain the battery completely.
You will not be able to ride the bike anymore. We will not replace the bike or the battery even if it happens.

Q. I don't receive notification e-mails.

A.Please check your e-mail setting.
You might need to specify domain reception option in the system to receive e-mails from "docomo-cycle.jp".

1 day pass

Q.What should I do if I lose my 1 Day Pass?

A.You can obtain new pass at the following HUBchari stations: A-01 HUBchari Secretariat / B-02 America-mura station.
However, you must pay a deposit (¥500) again.

Q.Can I rent a bike for multiple days?

A.If you want to use a bike for 2 days, it is possible to purchase 2 Days Pass in advance. It is not possible to use 1 Day Pass for 2 days.

Q.Can I reserve a bike in advance?

A.No, reservation is not possible with 1 Day Pass.
